Milky's are proud to announce that their White Soft Choose has won a Gold Great Taste Awards!
Fresh milk, a touch of fine sea salt and citric acid combine to make its award-winning white soft cheese, which is available to buy in shops across west and north west London.
This cheese can be sliced to eat with bread, rolled in a dough or pastry with dried mint and baked, or pan fried with sausages and onions.
Other specialities from Milky's include semi-hard halloum cheese and labneh (strained yoghurt).
